Training Agreement
ESL Training Agreement
Purpose
This Agreement establishes the participant’s responsibilities and acknowledgments for training provided by Executive Support & Logistics, Inc. (“ESL”). Course-specific waivers, safety rules, venue rules, and instructor directions are incorporated by reference when applicable.
Participant Responsibilities
1. I will provide accurate registration and eligibility information and will promptly advise the instructor of any condition, limitation, or circumstance that may affect my safe participation.
2. I will arrive prepared, on time, appropriately equipped, and in suitable attire for the training activity. I am responsible for safeguarding my personal property and equipment.
3. I will follow all instructor directions, safety briefings, personal protective equipment requirements, venue rules, and course-specific safety rules. I understand that safety takes priority over training objectives.
4. I will not participate while impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, cannabis, or any medication or condition that may impair judgment, coordination, reaction time, or safe performance. I will raise any concern with the lead instructor before participating.
5. I understand that unsafe, reckless, disruptive, dishonest, or unprofessional conduct may result in immediate removal from an exercise or course. Removal may affect course completion or certification.
6. I understand that certain modules, including firearms, defensive tactics, medical practical exercises, and vehicle operations, involve physical activity and inherent risk. Separate waivers and safety acknowledgments may be required before participation.
Course Completion & Credentials
Course completion may require minimum attendance, participation, satisfactory practical performance, written assessments, and compliance with all safety-critical requirements.
Certificates document successful completion of the training identified on the certificate. Training does not guarantee employment, licensing, permit issuance, or any credential not expressly stated.
A participant who declines or cannot safely perform a required exercise may be restricted from that exercise and may not satisfy the requirements for course completion or a specific certificate.
Training Materials, Recording & Confidentiality
Course materials, presentations, exercises, scenarios, forms, methods, and other instructional content remain the property of ESL or the applicable rights holder and may not be reproduced, published, sold, or distributed without written authorization.
Audio, video, photography, screen recording, or recording of instructors, participants, facilities, scenarios, or training materials is prohibited unless authorized by the lead instructor.
Participants will protect confidential, personal, client, principal, residential, security, medical, or operational information encountered during training and will not disclose it except as authorized.
Administrative Terms
Any written registration, payment, cancellation, refund, travel, lodging, or rescheduling terms issued for the specific course remain applicable.
ESL may modify schedules, exercises, locations, instructors, or training activities when reasonably necessary for safety, operational, weather, venue, or instructional reasons.
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
| By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this Training Agreement and to comply with all course-specific instructions, safety rules, and required waivers. |
